I absolutely love how my hair turned out! 😍 The stylist did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. She was professional, patient, and paid attention to every little detail. My hair came out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I definitely recommend her services! 💕

Shanell just did a wonderful job on my sew in weave with a closure. She didn’t hurt me, because I’m tender headed and I didn’t have to take Tylenol afterwards. It turned out Beautiful and her prices are reasonable. I love my hair. I would definitely recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with the hairstylist! She was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout my appointment, I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out, she was incredibly talented.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled stylist who truly cares about her clients.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and service.

Always so responsive and professional! With a great turn around time, for someone who don’t know much about hair, the hair factory is very informative and can accommodate all needs. Highly recommend for great service and quality hair!

My experience at The Hair Factory was excellent! My hair is absolutely beautiful and I have already received so many compliments. It looks very natural, feels lightweight, and does not have that “wiggy” look at all. The quality of the hair and the styling exceeded my expectations.
The environment was clean, bright, and very welcoming, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.
I will definitely recommend The Hair Factory to anyone looking for beautiful, natural-looking hair and great service. Thank you for such an amazing job! 💇🏽‍♀️✨

Ms. Shanell did a wonderful job on my install. She was very patient, and took her time to perfect everything!

Wonderful experience to say the least . I was finished in a timely manner and the execution of the work is top tier . Highly recommend!

Shanell is a lovely stylist with skills! She is not only fast but she made my quick weave look like it was growing from my scalp! Book her sis!

When I tell you I struck GOLD!!!! I was searching for a new stylist who’s truly skillful, and I came across this salon . I decided to take a chance, and I’m SO glad I did! I can’t even begin to explain how happy and beyond satisfied I am with Shanelle's work.

I will never stop going to this salon unless they move out of state (lol)! As we all know, it’s so hard to find a great beautician, but I’ve finally found mine. I love my hair so much that I told her I didn’t even want to lay on it or pin curl it because it might not turn out the same way again 😂

Words can’t describe how much I appreciate her outstanding customer service, great energy, clean salon, and the fact that I wasn’t sitting there all day. Most importantly...I absolutely LOVE my hair! 💕

I cannot recommend Shanell at The Hair Factory highly enough❣️ She is truly a diamond 💎, and her skill and dedication go above ⬆️ and beyond. I came to her for a wig installation and was immediately struck by her genuine care 🤗and professionalism.
What truly set Shanell apart was her active listening🎧 and empathy regarding my medical history⛑️. I was nervous 😬 to discuss the underlying reasons for wanting a wig and my desire to keep my natural hair healthy ❤️‍🩹 underneath, but Shanell listened with patience and complete understanding. She made sure I felt heard, respected, and comfortable throughout the entire consultation.
Shanell didn't just meet my expectations; she exceeded them‼️ Her skill level with the wig installation was flawless—the hairline is natural, the fit is secure, and the style is beautiful. Beyond her technical expertise with the wig and hair 💇🏽‍♀️itself, her level of customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟is unmatched. She has a deep commitment to ensuring her clients not only look their best but we also feel their best💙.
For anyone looking for a wig 👩🏾‍🦳or weave stylist who offers incredible technical skill paired with compassionate, personalized care, look no further than Shanell. Five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❣️

I love the hair she came right through right on time great experience very professional. Quick clear and concise purchase no bs

Shanell is very professional & does quality work. She started ON TIME and did not have me in the shop ALL DAY LONG!!! I got a traditional sew in (she washed & conditioned my natural hair). She does not braid too tight, which is perfect. Hair is soft and Im excited to see how long the bundles last.
Environment: Clean suite, secure suite(locked), natural sunlight, big windows. Easy parking, good surroundings

I wish I could give her 10 stars but you only have 5. I just left this shop minutes ago and had a wonderful experience. Shanell is a hidden Gem I am so glad I found her. She is Professional..On time..Kind..she listens to your concerns about your hair journey & make you feel good about yourself. My appointment was at 9:00 am she started on time and I didn't see her Not once Text or use her phone the whole time she worked on my head..I was very impressed. I got a weave but my first time ever getting a closure. Her hands felt like Velvet braiding my own hair down. I barely felt her braiding it. Sew in was nice too..my hair feel so flat..all over..I'm really impressed with this closure. I did take my own hair.bundles that was previously purchased .but I am definitely going back and will be using her bundles..they are Beautiful. So I HIGHLY recommend Shanell. I am so happy she moved to the Owings Mills area conveniently located Reisterstown rd pass Foundry Row. She's in the shopping center next door to Safeway. Beautiful Suites..Extremely Clean..and what I love is..The one on one client experience..it's just You and your Stylist..Noone else waiting..or sitting in her suite with you. I was done by 12noon. Thank you so much Shanell. 🩷🩷

Shanell, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for slaying my hair! No one can tell me these 2.5 or so bundles you sewed into my head are not mine as I’ve fully embraced them. Lol! All others listen in and then book her. You won’t regret it. So I’m from Chicago, but travel to DC 1-2 times per year. I arrived on Wednesday for a Thursday board meeting and to enjoy the CBC in DC. On Tuesday while searching StyleSeat for a flip-over sew-in, I came across several stylists in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. After checking reviews and photos, I kept coming back to Shanell. Her work looked neat, polished, and classy—exactly what I needed. She also had great reviews too!

Her suite was easy to find, new, and clean. She started by washing, conditioning, and blow-drying my hair, then did a quick but comfortable braid down (not too tight). She took her time with the sew-in, making sure everything was secure and flawless. Shanell also shared helpful tips and recommended products to maintain the style on my own.

I am beyond excited about my hair—it looks fantastic! Even though I’m not from the area, I would definitely return to her because she truly knows what she’s doing and delivers excellent results. Book her—you won’t be disappointed! P.S. I came with my own bundles.

I had a great experience with my traditional sew-in! She was very professional, braided my hair flat so the sew-in laid smoothly, and took excellent care in styling after the install. The hair provided is of high quality as well. I’ll definitely be returning!

Shanell was the best! Very skilled at her craft! Closure looks immaculate and feels very secure.

I stumbled across Shanell on StyleSeat...and jumped on the chance to book her! I called, asked a few questions to make sure I booked under the right style, and was able to get an appointment asap. My hair turned out amazing! I haven't been to a stylist in almost a decade, and she made my first visit back so smooth and so relaxing. The wash was so relaxing, the braiding wasn't painful, and the styling was immaculate. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer because my hair looks and feels so dang good! Looking forward to visiting her new shop once she opens in the newest location!

Shanell is amazing so sweet and makes easy conversation! And my hair came out beautifully. I will definitely be a regular customer

This company sells excellent quality hair! I brought three bundles and a closure and the hair is soft silky and full! I love it ! I will be purchasing again soon.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Shanell yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was kind enough to fit me into her schedule last minute, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, she was punctual, professional, and welcoming.

Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, but she also made the appointment enjoyable with her fun personality and great conversation. It’s clear she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Shanell!

Definitely recommend this was my first getting a versatility sew in which is your hair out around and she was so helpful and answered all of my silly questions and explained how to take care of the hair and she had the HAIR ON HAND so if your like me and hate ordering hair bc you gotta see and feel first and she was so fast and gentle

Shanell at The Hair Factory got me so right for my bday with a traditional sew in using 26-28-30 inches of Loose Wave Virgin Raw Hair. I’m in love. Crazy part she exceeded my expectations on what I originally wanted and I’m so happy with how it turned out! She is very helpful in choosing style, colors, what really fits you and she has high quality hair on hand for your install so it’s not a lot of running around! Everything in one place. Definitely going back and booking my maintenance💕 thank you

I found The Hair Factory on social media and I’m so glad I did! My experience with Shanell was everything I didn’t know I needed—pleasant, quick, and filled with good energy. She has such a beautiful spirit, held great conversation, and was honest and efficient with her work. If you’re looking for someone who gives you that classic salon experience with a fresh, younger vibe, this young queen is it. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my service, she was very nice, actually washed my hair, I almost fell asleep when she was braiding my hair she’s so gentle and fast, and my hair turned out so cute…she has a customer for life

I received a full hair weave and a frontal sew in. OMG, Ms. Shanell Hendricks at THE HAIR FACTORY did an AMAZING JOB! Ms. Shanell is very professional, great listener which she understood my needs. Honestly, she's a perfectionist! My hair is beautiful and natural looking. The shop is clean and cozy! If you are in need of her Blessed Hands to change your life, GO! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I peeped her wigs too! Also, she started on time!!!!!!

I was looking for help with a wig install - she was professional and did exactly what I asked, but most importantly did a phenomenal job. I needed the unit cut and then fitted and it was done efficiently and professionally. She is very personable as well. I highly recommend the Hair Factory LLC.

When I say Shanell has been my favorite so far out of all the hair vendors I’ve tried, not only is her hair quality A1 she’s also a great person when doing business I changed the time on her for pick up and she still accommodated me and did not rush me or harass me which made me super comfortable. Back to the hair OMG!!!! This hair is amazing it’s super soft very very minimal shedding and is true to length I absolutely love it. I bought 3 bundles of 30 inches and I was a bit worried about how full the bundles were going to be with that length. I asked her if I can see the bundles first without hesitation she pulled it out the pack and it was perfect. I also bought a 2x6 closure and this closure already came bleached and looked like it’s coming straight out the scalp. Shanell will have me as a forever customer. P.s I’ve had this hair in for a month now washed it twice while sewed in and it’s still as beautiful as the first day I installed it!!!!!!

Amazing quality, exceptional craftsmanship and hair. Highly recommend; I couldn't be more pleased and will be returning for years to come.

I highly recommend this business. Very professional the atmosphere in her shop was perfect nice and clean and she was sooooo sweet and we had good conversations. I’ll be back soon. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️

I am a wig newbie and know nothing about wigs or the process. The day that I decided to book a consultation with The Hair Factory it has been nothing but stellar customer service. She responded the same day and answered all of my questions with ease and comfort. I suffer with alopecia and had to cut all of my hair off. She walked me through the entire process and provided exceptional customer service, professionalism and made me feel comfortable about my new journey.
The day I got my hair install it was frightening to try something different but once again… Shanell’s exceptional customer service made me feel relaxed and confident about my journey. She was prepared and ready for me. She started prompted and created the exact wig replica that I requested. It’s looks so natural and beautiful!!!

If you are nervous about getting a wig, new to the wig world, or need to rejuvenate your current wig … Treat yourself and BOOK WITH THE HAIR FACTORY! You will not be disappointed!
