Shanelle is very professional and well versed in wig making. She taught me how to make a wig and she was very informative, didn’t hold back on any information and explained and showed everything so well! Customer service was great! Shanell was very quick to send my wig out and ensured it was properly sent out via the post office, as I was skeptical about yet another package being lost in the postal system. It arrived a few days later and she even included a gift inside. This is the best wig I have honestly purchased so far. It fits perfectly and is the perfect density. I’m a highly satisfied customer! She will create an amazing style on you that leaves you feel absolutely amazing and the quality of the hair is top tier.  I now have a new hair stylist and no longer miss Atlanta.

She works fast and gives you exactly what you asked for if you have a picture and good at explaining. Good playlist too. ;)

Great vibes on time very nice very professional

Phenomenal experience. Shanell was exceptionally knowledgeable about hair, best practices and products. I have to mention how professional she is when it comes to keeping her attention on her clients hair. During my visit, multiple clients called her, she made sure to answer her clients questions but mentioned she had someone in the seat getting services. She gently advised her clients on the phone to text her if they had more questions. I do plan on visiting again.

I enjoyed getting my closure installed because she wasn’t heavy handed nor  rough with me. The closure stayed down for a considerable amount of time. Her technique leaves your hair slayed, while also doing its job as a protective style.

Definitely recommend this was my first getting a versatility sew in  which is your hair out around and she was so helpful and answered all of my silly questions and explained how to take care of the hair and she had the HAIR ON HAND  so if your like me and hate ordering hair bc you gotta see and feel first and she was so fast and gentle

I stumbled across Shanell on StyleSeat...and jumped on the chance to book her! I called, asked a few questions to make sure I booked under the right style, and was able to get an appointment asap. My hair turned out amazing! I haven't been to a stylist in almost a decade, and she made my first visit back so smooth and so relaxing. The wash was so relaxing, the braiding wasn't painful, and the styling was immaculate. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer because my hair looks and feels so dang good! Shanell, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for slaying my hair! No one can tell me these 2.5 or so bundles you sewed into my head are not mine as I’ve fully embraced them. Lol! All others listen in and then book her. You won’t regret it. So I’m from Chicago, but travel to DC 1-2 times per year. I arrived on Wednesday for a Thursday board meeting and to enjoy the CBC in DC. On Tuesday while searching StyleSeat for a flip-over sew-in, I came across several stylists in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. After checking reviews and photos, I kept coming back to Shanell. Her work looked neat, polished, and classy—exactly what I needed. She also had great reviews too!

Her suite was easy to find, new, and clean. She started by washing, conditioning, and blow-drying my hair, then did a quick but comfortable braid down (not too tight). She took her time with the sew-in, making sure everything was secure and flawless. Shanell also shared helpful tips and recommended products to maintain the style on my own.

I am beyond excited about my hair—it looks fantastic! Even though I’m not from the area, I would definitely return to her because she truly knows what she’s doing and delivers excellent results. Book her—you won’t be disappointed! P.S. I came with my own bundles.
